Founder and CEO
Boston Experiential Group was founded in 2018 by CEO Sophia D'Angelo. Sophia has spent her entire career in brand development with a hyper focus on events and experiential marketing. With over thirteen years of experience, she has worked at numerous agencies and on brand development teams across the country in experiential marketing, content production, project management, and event management roles. Sophia specializes in food and beverage, but has also worked with clients in the beauty, tech, insurance, healthcare, and non-profit sectors.
Sophia is based in Austin, TX and heads up the Austin office!
LINDSAY PURCELL
Director of Events + EXPERIENTIAL
Lindsay Purcell is the Director of Events + Experiential for Boston Experiential Group. Before joining the team in March 2020, she built her career in marketing and events in Am Law 100 law firms and retail real estate companies, working closely with small business owners to launch and scale their businesses. Her sixteen years of experience involve community-focused event programming, brand development, large-scale client and employee events, and experiential marketing (including trade shows). Throughout her career, Lindsay’s expertise has been rooted in marketing strategy, event planning and production, and content production. A proud Northeastern alum, she’s a big fan of traveling like a local and is known for her lists. If you need a recommendation for a great fill in the blank - Lindsay probably has one.
Kyle Kennedy
Experiential & Events Manager
Kyle Kennedy is the Experiential & Events Manager for Boston Experiential Group. Before officially joining the team in March of 2023 (unofficially in October of 2020!), Kyle built her career in in non-profit administration and project management in the health and human services industry. These roles led her to discover her love for logistics and taking an idea and bringing it to life. Kyle is a pro when it comes to on site execution - her unique ability to execute complex events and experiences is second to none. She’s a proud Northeastern alum (go Huskies!) and received her Masters in Public Administration from Suffolk University.
BIANCA PAHL
Sr. experiential Producer
Bianca is a Senior Experiential Producer for Boston Experiential Group. Before joining the team in October 2023, she built her career in event production for research and consulting firms and strategic communications in the media industry. Her diverse skill set encompasses experiential marketing, relationship building, content production and project management. A genuine passion for connecting with people, creating unique experiences, and embracing continuous learning defines her approach to her work.
Bianca is based in Austin, TX and works alongside Sophia to oversee all Austin experiences!
